Chip has also been a member of NAMSS since 1993, serving positions on various boards. Chip's background makes him a great resource as trainer and consultant. Not only does he understand MSO procedures, he can help tailor CACTUS for an even better fit with your organization. |

Tom started with CACTUS in 1991 and his vast experience in the credentialing field shows in his work. During his time with CACTUS, Tom has watched the company grow from just a handful of hard-working employees. Along the way Tom has held down a number of positions at CACTUS including support help desk, technical trainer, documentation, sales and his current role as a technical consultant. Training and consulting is a great match for Tom’s skills due to his experience with single or multi-entity hospitals, managed care facilities, payors and any client who has an interest in credentialing. Tom enjoys working and playing with his family and reading. |

Eric Jewett |

Eric started his career with CACTUS in 1994 when the software was still DOS-based. Eric has served as the head trainer for many of our users conferences and also managed the Support Help Desk staff prior to his current role as our lead quality control agent in charge of version updates and feature enhancement requests. He brings a wealth of technical and practical experience to our client base as a trainer and credentialing consultant. Eric’s two favorite sports teams are the Nebraska Cornhuskers and the LA Lakers. |

Nick received a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/Television production from Kansas State University in 2004. Prior to starting at CACTUS, Nick worked for KSHB TV 41 as a production assistant on the set of the morning news. After moving around quite a bit, including a 2 year stay in London, England, Nick has lived in the Overland Park area since 1990. Nick's mother Judith is a cookbook author and has passed some of her prodigious skills to him. In his free time, he enjoys cooking (especially grilling), watching the Chiefs and Jayhawks dominate week in and week out, and playing racquetball. |

has a Bachelors degree in Information Systems and started with CACTUS in
1999 as a technical support person. He has also served as a technical
trainer and programmer. Since 2001, Ali has been the technical lead of our

Travis Hilton |

Travis joined the CACTUS team in July of 2006 and brought with him a life-long love of computers and technology. Travis has Bachelors degrees in Marketing and Information Technology and is currently working in the Custom Reports Department. Prior to coming to CACTUS Travis was a stay-at-home dad for seven years where his claim to fame was being featured in Parents magazine as one of "America's Sweetest Dads". Travis enjoys playing computer games, cooking, designing houses, and spending time with his lovely wife and two wonderful children. |
